The multisource•api's authorization concept enables flexible and customizable permission configurations tailored to specific use cases and requirements. Permissions can be defined during setup and adjusted at any time.
Three Levels of Authorization
Predefined Permission Presets
Several predefined permission sets are available, which can be adapted to suit specific projects and requirements.
Roles and Users
Default Role: Each customer is assigned one default role. Additional users with specific permissions can also be created.
Best Practices:
One or two users are generally optimal.
It is recommended to define permissions for functions within the customer’s CRM to ensure employees have access only to relevant functions.
Example:
A customer care employee may have access to the search function but not to the "Enrich with Additional Criteria" function.
A marketing manager, however, can be granted access to additional functions.
